Hey there,

As your therapist, I strive to foster a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where we can both show up as our authentic selves. Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning after previous experiences, I meet you where you are at and work with you to create an environment that reflects your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. Through a trauma-informed lens, I support clients in navigating life’s challenges, deepening self-understanding, strengthening emotional regulation, and building the confidence and tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Illinois Institute of Technology. My clinical experience spans outpatient and school-based settings, where I’ve worked with adults and adolescents of diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. My graduate training also included rehabilitation counseling, which continues to inform my holistic approach to mental health care. In my free time, I enjoy painting, hiking, reading, cooking, and travel.
