Supportive Events to Help Improve Your Mental Health and Well Being

Drop-in community meditation classes

Join us for drop-in meditation classes on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings. We will hold space for mostly silent meditation with light guidance. There will also be time for journaling and reflection.

Your instructors are Kate Dillon and Grace Jacobs. We met in our meditation teacher training program. We are excited to be collaborating to offer this practice to our community at Reflect’s cozy group room in the heart of Capitol Hill. Get your day started right. We look forward to you joining us.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time. The instructor will be locking the door at the session start time. We will unfortunately not be able to accommodate late arrivals.

Pay what you can, $5-$15
