Hey there,

I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2021, and I am now an associate social worker and therapist working in Seattle, WA under the supervision of Grace Jacobs, LICSW, and Alison Kreiter, LICSW.

With over a decade of experience in higher education and college athletics, I am passionate about helping individuals accomplish their goals by empowering them to discover and live into their truest selves. Whether you are seeking support for personal, professional, or athletic goals; psychotherapy is an effective and evidence-based way to move toward greater health, healing, and emotional wellness at any age. A hallmark of my practice is drawing on a breadth of training and experience to offer a collaborative, non-judgmental, trauma-sensitive, social-justice-oriented, and culturally competent approach to therapy. My methods are strengths-based and solution-focused in order to work with individuals to achieve their goals in an individualized, effective, affirming, and safe therapeutic environment. I enjoy working with individuals and families across the lifespan with a special interest in anxiety, depression, life and career transitions, athletic performance (including Division 1 student-athletes), academic performance, and alternative relationships. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming and intersectionality-minded therapist and humbly welcome individuals of all backgrounds.
