I strive to help clients learn how to notice, feel, and accept their emotions without harsh self-criticism, while also identifying meaningful steps toward the life they want to live. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical — a balance of insight, skill-building, and compassionate support.
Our emotions are a core part of what makes us human, yet many of us were never taught how to understand or work with them in a healthy way. I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and develop practical tools that help you move through life with more clarity and confidence. Location: In-person in Seattle in Capitol Hill, and Telehealth anywhere in WA State
Availability: Now accepting new clients
Languages: English
Insurance / Fees: Able to bill in-network with most major insurers including all Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans, Lifewise, First Choice Health (including Kaiser PPO), Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Ambetter, Coordinated Care. Full rate $160 per session, sliding scale available
A Collaborative, Evidence-Based Approach
Therapy is tailored to your goals and pace. Sessions may include a blend of:
