Feel more grounded, more like yourself, and clearer about where you’re going.
Hey there, I’m Allie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate.
I believe our struggles are shaped not just by what’s happening internally, but by our experiences, identities, and the environments we move through. Many people learn to hide parts of themselves just to get by.
Therapy can be a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My role is to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and real. From there, we work together to understand what you’re feeling, what matters to you, and how to move toward a life that feels more aligned and more like your own.

I work with:
Adolescents (13+) and young adults

Why this work matters to me
I’m especially passionate about identity work—how we come to understand ourselves, and how external systems shape that process.
I bring both professional training and lived experience into this work, and I care deeply about helping clients feel more whole, more empowered, and more at home in themselves.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from:
Person-Centered Therapy (a supportive, nonjudgmental foundation)
DBT (tools for managing intense emotions)
CBT (understanding and shifting unhelpful thought patterns)
Strengths-Based approaches
This means we’ll both explore what’s underneath your experiences and build practical tools to help you feel more steady and confident in your day-to-day life.
