Hey there,

My name is Erika Jacobsen and I work with individuals facing challenges like depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, and relationship struggles. Together, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, embrace your individuality, and discover tools to foster lasting growth.

I utilize techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help my clients with distress tolerance, emotion regulation and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate and flexible, tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether through reflection, practical tools, or creative strategies, I’m here to support you.

Navigating life’s challenges can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
