Hey there,

My name is Erika Jacobsen and I work with individuals facing challenges like depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, loneliness, and relationship struggles. Together, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, embrace your individuality, and discover tools to foster lasting growth. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also adapt my approach and therapeutic modality to best serve my client and their unique needs.

Due to my extensive background as a dance instructor, I have taken with me a value in providing a space where my clients can feel comfortable and safe to explore new feelings and different modes of self-expression to strengthen their connection to their authentic selves and foster resilience.

I am looking forward to walking alongside on this journey!
