LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy for Anxiety & Depression in Seattle
A safe, affirming space to feel understood — and start making real change.
Hey there, I’m Zoltan
I’m a licensed mental health counselor associate in Washington, working with teens (13+) and adults.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can be yourself and also feel secure enough to stretch in new directions. Whether you’re new to therapy or coming back after an experience that didn’t fit, I’ll work with you to find approaches that match your needs and your worldview. You won’t get a one-size-fits-all approach.
Common Concerns I Help With
People often come to me when they’re dealing with:
Anxiety: worry, overthinking, or feeling constantly on edge
Depression: low mood, numbness, or losing interest in things that used to matter
Gender Exploration: questioning, understanding, or affirming your gender identity at your own pace
LGBTQIA+ Experiences: navigating identity, coming out, community, and the stress of moving through a world that isn’t always affirming
Family & Relationship Stress: conflict, distance, or patterns you keep repeating with the people closest to you
Emotional Regulation: emotions that feel too big, too fast, or hard to come back from
You don’t need a diagnosis to start therapy. Many clients simply want a space to understand themselves better.
What Therapy Can Help You Build
Skills for handling intense emotions without being overwhelmed by them
Healthier, more connected relationships with family, partners, and friends
A clearer, more confident sense of identity
New ways of thinking about and responding to old patterns
Self-compassion and trust in your own capacity to change
I believe everyone is capable of change and of becoming the person they want to be. I’d be glad to join you in that.
Inclusive, Respectful, and Confidential Care
I’m passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds, especially people in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. My work is shaped by feminist and multicultural therapy, which means your identity, culture, and life context are part of the conversation, not something to set aside.

Feminist & Multicultural Therapy: honoring your strengths, background, and the systems that shape your life
Outside the office, I make art, read poetry, listen to and make goth music, and play Dungeons & Dragons.
Support for Teens (13+)
Adolescence brings a lot: identity, family tension, school pressure, and emotions that can feel unmanageable. I work with teens directly and collaboratively, offering a space that’s theirs while still involving families in ways that feel right.
